I Really Don't Know What to Say Anymore about Gun Violence

During the last couple days, I've been horrified when all I could do was shrug at the news. It's like watching people getting eaten by sharks from shore. Half the people are on the beach are shouting to the survivors to come back to land. The other half are in boats dumping more sharks in the water.

It's the worst kind of nightmare. We watch people die for no reason because someone got upset and our country has decided that is... okay. We can pray for the victims, but we can't protect future victims by preventing the next attack. Because, there will be another attack and probably sooner than you think.

Welcome to the new normal. I hope you don't die in gunfire.
