Welcome to #NaBloPoMo (National Blog Posting Month)
Many of you know that November is National Novel Writing Month, where you attempt to write minimum 50,000 word draft of a book in one month (sign up here). I have attempted NaNoWrMo on previous years and failed spectacularly. In the several times I've tried, I'm usually good for about four days until I forget to load my word count into the NaNoWriMo counter. After an additional week, I conclude that I'm hopelessly behind and quit.
This year, I will be instead be focused on developing a daily post for my blog over the next 30 days. I literally thought I invented this idea for 10min until I checked Google. In 2006, Eden Kennedy had this very same idea and called it NaBloPoMo (National Blog Posting Month), though it looks like it has died out as a group activity. So, check us out as the month continues. As usual, I'll try to keep it interesting.
